Step 3 Finished!

In the wee hours of the morning when I couldn't sleep I managed to finish step 3 of the quiltville mystery! I'm so excited that I'm almost caught up. I'm working on step 4 now which should go together pretty quickly (I hope). This has been a very fun process and I'm so happy to say that I am using fabrics from my stash. I bought the Moda Poetry FQ collection some time ago and I have been looking at it sitting prettily in my drawer for too long. It is so nice to actually see it coming together into a quilt now :)

On another note, have any of you in Blogland noticed the new Pepsi bottle labels? I was looking at the label of my soda yesterday and noticed that it looked like a Lone Star quilt design. Have any of you noticed this lately? My hubby thinks I'm just crazy and obsessed LOL. Perhaps he's right about that LOL

I don't drink Pepsi, so I did not notice. I will have to check these out.

Beautiful blocks Beth...they look good enough to eat! I'm at the same stage as you in the mystery and can't wait to see how this will go together.

Nothing wrong with noticing quilt patterns in the weirdest place...I'm usually that notices the quilt on the bed in the middle of a horror film!
