Well as of 10:00 this morning I am among the working class again. I will be working 3 days a week from February thru September. Not too bad, but it will cut into my quilting time :( I had a really good day as I really enjoy what I do and I think that I have made the right decision going to work for this company!
When I got home from work today I had a big envelope on the table. When I opened it this is what I saw:
My first BOM package for the ping quilt! I am really looking forward to making this quilt and it will be my new hand work project! I'll post pictures as I progress!

That is a very pretty quilt. So every month you get a package of fabric in the mail to make one block? Why is it a Ping quilt? Have fun making it - post lots of pictures.
Maybe that means my ping package will soon be on its way to me!
How many blocks can you make with each package? I see there are 20 blocks and lots of doo dads on the quilt so assume you are getting pieces for that as well. Looking forward to seeing the progress on this one!
Nice quilt, I am looking forward to seeing it grow.
The fabrics are wonderful. I love to get packages in the mail. I should be getting my monthly pincushion any day.
OK I am penciling in a UFO I want to see you complete. It is the one you took the class for last year, St. Mark's Quilt. :D
Congrats on the new job. Those fabrics are beautiful! I'll have to find out what a ping quilt is.
I finally got my Ping package!
OH love those colors :) xoxo melzie
