Project Progress is Good!

Well I've had a pretty productive week or so since my last post. I managed to get half of my scrappy bargello pieced on Superbowl Sunday (I need to finish that top up), I finished my triptych pieces and received my pieces from my partners and I finished quilting a customer quilt!! All in all very productive!!

Here's some pictures to show you what I've been up to :)

Oh and I have some great news. Yesterday I received a promotion at work!!! It means that I will be working more hours (which equates to less quilting time), but it's a great opportunity for me and I am thrilled to now be a manager/supervisor!! I have been in this business for nearly 10 years and working for this particular company for a year. I can certainly see myself staying with Woodwind for many years!

Congratulations! It's good to hear from people who enjoy their jobs. You are fortunate. And the snowball quilt is beautiful.

Congratulations on the promotion! I enjoy seeing your works, so I will be sad you have less quilting time, but I'm glad you are moving in a direction you want to go.

Congratulations on the promotion. I know what you mean about working more hours, I am facing that from mid-April and it is going to be a real upheaval to our routine.
