Another Fun Fun Mail Day!

Well today was another fun mail day for me!!! And everything I received today is a result of Darlene's blog entries....LOL

From the moment that Darlene posted her FQ bundle of Moda's Allspice Tapestry fabrics I was IN LOVE! So when I received a "Thank you for being such a good customer...here's a nice discount" email from The Fat Quarter Shop I just knew what I had to buy! I am absolutely thrilled now that I've seen them in person. I have the jelly roll and the FQs from this line and now just need a pattern that will show them off. So what pattern would you use to showcase 40 luscious FQs and 40 2 1/2" strips from the same line???
Then Darlene decided to show off her newfound love for stitchery to tempt me into a new obsession. A few months ago I started the A Quilter's Journey Block of the month. And then she started another lovely group of stitcheries called "The Polka Dot Girls". So what's a girl to do?? I just had to order these adorable patterns.
There are more goodies on their way to my mailbox....But Darlene is not directly responsible for these upcoming arrivals. The blame lies with another member of Blogland...LOL....As soon as they arrive I'll ferret out the guilty blogger...hehehe

I think there are a lot of us who are getting into stitchery. Have fun with your new fabric and the Polka Dot Girls.

I like your butterfly blocks. The look so springy.

Moda fabrics are sooooooo beautiful. I love them too. And the polkadot girls is laying on my sewingdesk waiting to be started when my arm is healed.

How is your "Quilter's Journey" coming along? I'd love to see your blocks sometime.
