I Love New York!

My 14 year old daughter and I took a trip to New York City today to see "Wicked" on Broadway! What a fabulous show! We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the show. It's nice to live within a few hours of "Broadway"! If you have the chance to see this show, do yourself a favor and go see it! It is well worth the money :)

Thank you for the review. Wicked is coming to Boston and DH and I were trying to decide if we wanted to travel the couple of hours to see it.

My daughter's boyfriend took her to Chicago to see Wicked for her birthday this year. She love it and I am envious!

I lived in NYC for a year and we visit every couple of years It is about time to go again!

Defy Gravity!!!
We saw it the year it opened dd and I and we loved it too. She went last week to see Legally Blonde and said it was "cute". Looking to take DS in to see Phanthom *rolling eyes* will be the 4th or 5th time I see that one.
At least you had a cool day in the city yesterday :)

Dh and I went to see it when it opened in London last year, I really enjoyed it because it was such a great plot idea and the production was so amazing, although none of the songs really grabbed me. Dh didn't enjoy it quite so much, he said it was a bit girly, but he was still very impressed at the amazing stage effects and sets/costumes. Best wishes, Sharon

Hey, Beth! Nice blog! Love all the projects you've done, and I have very similar tastes in fabric choices. One of my greatest wishes is to see a play on Broadway someday. Since I live in California, that's probably not going to happen anytime soon. A girl can dream, can't she?
